Shain made up this recipe, and says he's still perfecting it. I say it's already fabulous.
1 ripe avacodo
1/2 cup cashews, soaked 2 - 3 hours, then drained
1/4 to 1/2 cup cashew milk (can substitute with other nut milks)
juice of 1/2 lime
1 bunch cilantro
1 Tbsp honey
seal salt to taste (about 1/2 to 1 tsp)
Combine all in a high powered blender or food processor. Refrigerate.
