Approximate conversions to US measurements:
1 & 3/4 cups honey
1/3 cup mustard
2/3 cup white wine vinegar
between 3/4 cup and 1 cup of olive oil
3 Tbsp shallots/onions
Mix together honey, mustard, and white wine vinegar. Then add oil and shallots.
