About Us: The Saberon family has been growing organic produce in Star Valley for seven years.  We have a successful CSA operation and have sold gourmet produce at The Jackson Hole Farmers' Market for four years.  However, we also provide gourmet foods to specialty grocers and the finest restaurants.  We love farming and look forward to expanding our operation and vision while serving the community in which we live.

What Can We Offer You? We are seeking customers who are interested in the world’s best food, building community, and supporting local agriculture.  When you purchase food for your business through us, you will receive our guarantee to receive nutritious, chemical free, naturally grown, produce.  Our farmer’s market clients, specialty grocers, and restaurant accounts benefit from our association by delivering to the their customers the most flavorful, nutritious, and fresh gourmet produce available.

When Is Our Food Available? With the use of greenhouses and other means, we plan to offer fresh, seasonal produce April 15th through October 31rst.  Our produce can be delivered to specialty grocers and gourmet restaurants in Star Valley and Jackson Hole.  We will also be selling our produce at the Jackson Hole Farmer’s Market from approximately July 10th through September 10th.

Why Should Your Purchase From Us? For most of us our taste buds can answer this one, but there are other important reasons to buy locally grown foods.  Local agriculture connects the consumer to the farm where their food is grown.  Locally grown food is healthier for you, better for the planet, and better for our community.  For many, it is more satisfying to enjoy fresh and delicious food from a local grower rather than industrial foods that are weeks old and have been transported hundreds if not thousands of miles. The outstanding quality of our food will keep your customers coming back for more.
